I had a such great stay, with location to Mestalla stadium. It was in an excellent and marvellous place.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this modern and spacious apartment in Patacona. As a family of 5, we enjoyed a 4-day beach holiday during February half-term. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach. The apartment itself was exactly like in the pictures, modern and well-maintained. It was very clean, and the linen and towels provided were of excellent quality. The host, Anca, was incredibly nice and available, always offering helpful information and recommendations about the area. We also loved the homy and cozy terrace with wood furniture and a fantastic sea view. The apartment had everything we needed, including a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. The communication with the host was excellent, and she helped us a lot throughout our stay. The bus stop for the city center was conveniently located nearby, and taxi rides to the location were reasonably priced. it was an ideal location for a quiet family holiday, with a lovely pool onsite and easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes within a short walk. Our experience was superlative, and we will definitely be returning in the near future.

We got amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our everyday life. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Patacona beach. The staff, especially our helpful host Anca, treated us excellently and provided great local tips and recommendations.

We had a such great stay in Valencia close to the beach as well as restaurants, supermarket. Magnificent location close to sea, loved it. Besides, it was 5 minutes walk to Platja de la Patacona.

Perfect location, just minutes from the jaw-dropping Patacona Beach. Superb connectivity to Valencia downtown. Multiple dining options nearby. Comfy, modern, and well-equipped apartment in a nice community. Very helpful host.

The apartment had a great terrace with stunning city views, where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. The seating area was comfortable and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cable flat-screen TV kept me entertained during my downtime. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven made it convenient for me to prepare my own meals. Each unit had a private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries, which was a nice touch for added convenience. The apartment also had ironing facilities, so I could keep my clothes neat and presentable.

I personally found the entrance to be a bit small, but others might not mind it.

The transportation options were great too, with a bus stop right outside the apartments and easy access to other parts of the city.
